The quality of the work reflects that • Relatively flat org and project structure • Org self-reflection; consistently critical about why and how it exists, what our values are, how we align purpose and practice I read the glassdoor reviews before applying; even knowing negative reviews aren't representative of an org, I still felt wary going into the hiring process. That feeling changed after speaking with the team, and even more so after calling to get an honest review from a team member who was about to leave / had literally nothing to lose from being real with me. I'm grateful for that conversation; hearing them talk about their experience working at Root Cause and some context around the purpose/culture/team changes that have happened over the last few years were a big push for me to take this job offer over another one
