Positive and relaxed work environment. It can be challenging, like any other job, but we work as team to get task done and conquer the day. All the managers are very helpful. We have monthly coaching to go over our strengths and weaknesses. All to make you better at your job and to be more successful.

I have been employed with RushCube for a few years now, 4 years and 3 months to be exact. (lol). I wanted to take the time to share my experience and why I've been here for 4 + years. There is a strong supportive culture that promotes individual growth, the work environment is fun and exciting as we're helping create lifetime memories for our clients. I have the pleasure to work with two of the best mangers while working for loyal and supportive company. The mangers are efficient, accommodating, and it doesn't hurt that they're funny too. At the end of the day I really enjoy being apart of the RushCube family because of the overall culture of the company.
