      Pros

      I can't say enough good things about this company, the owners are amazing and everyday they work side by side with you. The company has a small company culture even though their growth is explosive. It is a great place for young people to get experience you won't get the opportunity to do at a larger company and the dress "code" is casual everyday!

      Cons

      Not all of the benefits are available that you would find at a larger company and things are sometimes unorganized and last minute.

      Opportunity for Growth, Motivating Environment, Small Company, Great Culture, Management is always looking to get I put for improvement, Owners are extremely involved and passionate

      Cons

      The company is still young which is both a pro and con. Though the owners are always looking to improve and continue to offer more, we currently don’t have the best resources. We can get our job done with what we have, but lose some efficiency due to slow technology etc.
