      Pros

      I have been working at SAATI for 2 years now and I can say that I feel a big sense of belonging even if I've been here for not so long. It is great place to grow up as a professional and to gain experience. Good work-life balance. Fair wage for my position. You can really feel that is like working in a family. Good induction program for the "new entries" that helps you to understand how the company is structured and how it works very fast.

      Cons

      Luckily and happily, I have nothing to complain about! Of course, there has been some difficult moments, as there are in every company, so I don't have negative feedback to report.

      well organized, follow managerial way of working, possibility of internal growth and visibility, growing company and well established on the markets

      Cons

      very technical products, field of business not very exciting, mainly screen printing. Sometimes takes long time to make decisions
