      It’s been 2 years now, and it’s been amazing working alongside peers from across ASEAN and ANZ!

      Cons

      Changes happen fast, but sometimes it feels like there isn’t enough thought or support given before decisions are made. Those of us at the working level often have to absorb the impact and quickly adapt to choices made at the top, even when the groundwork isn’t fully in place.
