SERV offers excellent benefits, and our wages reflect industry and regional standards. SERV also recently made significant adjustments to staff salaries.       I feel extremely valued in my work here. Even the highest executives respect and value people on the lowest rank, which wasn't the case in a couple of my previous positions. Benefits are wonderful and always forthcoming, with health, dental, and vision offered to all full-time staff. Wellness programs are also offered and promoted to all employees. Workers are encouraged to enroll in continuing education (tuition reimbursement is offered!), and there seems to be lots of opportunities for upwards mobility. I can see myself staying here for a long time.

      Cons

      It feels like sometimes there isn't consistency between the sub-companies of SERV. I think that there isn't a good communication system in place between our many locations.
