I feel financially secure working here. Metrics are visible to everyone. Transparency and trust are core values that speak volumes. Pay is competitive for work experience and we are rewarded for going above and beyond. Sometimes we are rewarded for making mistakes too, and that is great! Learning is non-stop and always encouraged.
Cons
The clients can be difficult at times but management is there to protect the business and employees. Burn out can sneak up rather quickly if left un-checked, so talk to your manager about PTO.
They are not afraid to take chances as long as you the skill and is willing to learn. Everyone here is family, even when I was just starting it never felt like you have to try hard to fit in. I also appreciate the fact that you can talk to Management about whatever that bothers you and helps in whatever and however way they can, especially in uncertain times like now.
Cons
Sometimes, there are homeless people camping outside the fence (which has been dealt with after a day or two).
