      Pros

      - Clean communication with candidates for working environment, compensation package & possible challenges to be faced etc. - Right expectation setting for the applied job opportunity during the interview. In fact, all is true as I've worked for over a month. - Sufficient answers to candidate' questions : Mangers who ere the interviewer were open-minded and candid to give their ideas to candidates' questions with transparency.

      Cons

      - Background check was a little bit lousy although it made some sense.
