Pros
Hybrid working arrangement that supports a healthy work-life balance. The environment is friendly and collaborative, with a supportive line manager and team. There is also a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion, which contributes positively to the overall workplace culture.
Cons
There is a generally low level of professional assertiveness, which can vary across teams; however, this has not been reflected in my own team. The organisation has a relatively flat structure, with some bureaucratic processes in place. Compensation appears to be lower compared to equivalent roles in the private sector, and this is not always offset by a sufficiently competitive benefits package.
