I joined the company during COVID and it was great how much people helped me with on-boarding remotely, not only for job related things but also socially. There was a big focus around culture during interviews and I now understand why there is such a huge emphasis on culture. Everyone is very sharp and has something to add to the company. There's also not a lot of ego - people are usually very open to admit to what they don't understand or they are more than happy to explain.

I had the unconventional experience of starting remotely at Second Measure due to COVID-19. The onboarding process and getting to know the team couldn't have been smoother. This speaks volumes about the fantastic team and the company's ability to adapt to changing situations which is critical at a start-up. It's a very exciting time to join the company as it is growing very quickly and has only begin to scratch the surface of the potential applications of the product.
