      Pros

      They care about us; we are not just seen as employees. We are a team, and everyone helps to get things done. They understand that life happens and help to accommodate work/life balance. There are opportunities to grow within the company as well.

      Pros

      It's no wonder that no one ever leaves this place. The leadership is amazing. We don't have a boss. We are a team and work together. As long as you work your 40hrs/week, your days can be flexible to accommodate different schedules.
