- Assistance of Regional Manager - Possibility to travel a bit

- Working basically whole day, sometimes even in your day off there are things that you have to deal with - No help and understanding from office side - they use to lie about important things - Endless changes (they call it "ability to be flexible")

- very bad pay (compared to other courier companies - accommodation given is not sufficient for the long period of time that the job lasts - lack of communication between couriers and staff members in charge of them - sent wrong information in emails, which makes planning a lot harder - state of accommodation, very old, not working properly e.g. boiler problems (families spending their entire holiday without hot water), plumbing problems, appearance issues (not the same as what you booked online) - expecting couriers to use dirty bedsheets all season instead of providing all with new, clean bedsheets - contract is part time but working a full time job
