      Pros

      Sentera employees are dedicated, hard working, creative and always willing to help each other. The company offers autonomy, flexibility and trust which I appreciate. I feel my voice is heard and my ideas are recognized.

      Cons

      The late spring and summer season work can get a bit hectic.
