You can gain more experience and new thing with this company. Able to handle manager work task. Be a head to control marketing team. Get better benefits here.
Cons
Need to do manager task, racism and toxic. Bos love to be middle man between staff and love to talk back about staff. If you want to be famous work here boss will selling your name to other company about you and will said you bad employee. Love to terminate staff even the staff is good workers. bos Hate to be compare and love praise from staff even not him helping you. Dont dream about increment.

Toxic culture, family business culture & poor management - Favoritism & bad mouthing, High employee turnover rate, No proper training for new worker, No proper direction & company rules, Poor personal hygiene causing discomfort.
