- Great people managers and investment in people, particularly for a company of its size - Genuinely inclusive and curious people making it an authentically safe space to work - Trust and autonomy in individuals to creatively solve problems - No culture with a fear of “failure”. Instead, people embrace learning from mistakes and are challenged encouraged to grow - Executives have a diverse mix of technical, operations, and sales backgrounds and are fluent in the company and industry languages

Cons

- Mostly white male executives and board members. Gender and ethnic Diversity exists in company but not at the executive or board level. - no 401k matching, but common of companies this size in the industry. - As a data provider and relative generalist, it can be hard to find product focus sometimes
