Pros
The work was interesting and very fulfilling. Employees are able to have a big impact. Extremely responsible and empathetic Covid policies. Processes were organized and well documented. Flexible work.
Cons
Tech stack and deployment policies felt a little old/slow. Compensation could have been better.

Strong mission to improve the clinical trials process. Very good work life balance. Lot's of smart people that are fun to work with. Challenging problems to solve.
Cons
Small company that does not offer equity. Not a real con, but for some it might be.
