* One of the best in class in terms of culture. Very humane & people driven policies & benefits * Small office, start-up environment, filled with professionals from large firms * Lots of candy * WFH flexibility, other manufacturing companies pale in comparison * Majority women lead

Cons

* Flat organization with long tenure so limited growth opportunities especially for highly ambitious professionals * Pay is above industry standard but not exceptional relative to the best out there
