Management team was highly abusive and feed off of one another. Employee training is minimal. Employees are left out of the loop on important details needed to effectively perform.
Pros is that you can work from home sometimes. other is they have coffee other than that nothing really.
Cons
Micromanaging like no other. You have everyone monitoring your tickets. They did not properly train me on top that they treated me like I was not smart when I really didn't get training. They put me on special project just to fire me later on.
