      Pros

      Fast paced start up with many good learning opportunity. Given alot of autonomy in your work, and team is very supportive. Company is focused on growing each employee to excel in their job. Management holds regular catch up sessions to better understand employee's needs.

      Cons

      Workload can be heavy at times, and you will be required to wear multiple hats.

      Flexible wfh, lots of friendly colleagues and things to learn

      Cons

      There are not many employees (less than 50), so work is intense but fruitful
