      Pros

      Great work-life balance, compensation is very fair for good work done, management provides honest and open feedback for both great work and areas of improvement, management is always open to feedback, multiple voluntary opportunities to connect with coworkers. Time here is really what you make of it!!

      Given space and flexibility to succeed. Compensation is fair, on par with what I experienced at similar agencies.

      Cons

      HR airs on the side of caution and does not always provide the flexible fringe benefits found in most small company environments.

      Pros

      Given opportunities to succeed at a fast-pased environment where hard word is appreciated. Given autonomy to complete job tasks and freedom to pursue new niches or ideas. Management is approachable and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Selling property and liability insurance is a long sales cycle which can be difficult during your first couple years. It takes time to get fully 'up to speed'
