      Great place to work for an outcome focused software engineer!

      Pros

      Good people, strong product market fit, lots of drive. Sparta really leans in to engineering empowerment which results in a great tech culture where engineers are held accountable to solving problems not coding up solutions

      Cons

      Crunches can make it difficult to balance strategic vs tactical work. A normal / expected thing for a startup though!

      - Clear goals shared across the business. - Hierarchy is clear with progressional paths but flat in practice. Whether you’re interacting with junior team members or the exec team, everyone is open and wants to work together. - Remote work culture - Good base salary and bonus opportunities
