      Pros

      Excellent location management is on your side in this location. Very nice people very nice residence. Very nice families and overall a very good team.

      Cons

      Just sometimes there’s a little work drama, but it’s not too bad there’s work trauma at every single job.

      - Meeting the residents and getting to bond with them. - Lots of room for growth and promotion opportunities. - Great boss who understand that employees are human.

      Cons

      - Day shift can be pretty hectic if you don't have any help. - Sales and Executive Director at the time were pretty uptight and thought higher of themselves, unwilling to help with anything unless a resident or their family member were present.

      Pros

      The company offers large sign on bonuses. The care staff gets amazingly compensated for their hard work. Resident Caretakers start at $19.50 and you are certified to pass medications starting pay is $22.50

      Cons

      Census is low at the moment but will pick up
