Pros

I've been with Splashbox for 13 months now. We have a great team and work on a lot of exciting projects. No day is the same. There's a lot of people here with bundles of knowledge in all areas of digital marketing so there's always something new to learn.

Cons

I cannot start my day without a coffee so if you don't get in early, you'll be waiting in line for some time.

Work with some highly skilled people with everyone championing there department. Management is highly understanding and supporting. Never had issues with anything. Always supports you if you need to do work from home or leave early which helps to keep work life balance. 1st thing I was asked from the management when I started was if there is any thing you want to learn or grow your skill in any specific field let us know and we will help you get there. Senior management always supports new ideas. Personally shared few ideas and immediate response was lets do it. Not sure people putting bad management comments in there review have ever worked for this company or not. I can't speak for any one else but my experience in Splashbox could not be better.

Not much parking around the area.

Pros

I worked at Splashbox for around 9 months before moving overseas. Amazing team and a great open floor space downstairs. I worked on a variety of clients which kept the tasks exciting and challenging.

Cons

Hard to find parking around the area, need to get in really early.
