      - Excellent culture within the company - Excellent team to work with - Excellent management team that cares about the employees and their futures - Good work life balance - Excellent work from home processes and culture - Fair and competitive compensation with bonuses and extra perks - Room for growth within the company - Very open communication across the board - Judgement free workplace, all issues are dealt with in a professional manner

      Cons

      - Due to the nature of the industry and the effects of the pandemic, sometimes sales outpaces production or vice versa, though this has not been a major issue for the duration of my employment.

      Pros

      Amazing company to work for. Always there for any questions or concerns you may have. I have never worked for a company before that respects the staff as much as Splice Digital. It's not just a company you work for, but you join a family that makes you enjoy logging into work everyday
