Be in a team of highly professional individuals with a touch of family like bonding. Here you can break the status quo to try new things with multi dimensional exposure. Being a fast growing company you can get an immense opportunity to add significant value and gain exponential learnings. It's not like a beaurocratic organisation and the only thing expected is result. It's a fun loving and closely bonded team which is working hard to become first of its kind national casual dine chain.
Cons
Being a hospitality company your schedules can be long and demanding. You might have to have to keep patience as the environment is still going through an evolution like any other fast and dynamically growing company.
