After being with another company for a year, in another sales environment, I can truly say the management at Spring Strategies goes above and beyond to ensure your success. Even if your long term success won’t be with the company themself.
I worked with Spring in the Columbia Md office for a year from 2017-2018. Chris Migner, the owner of the company is by far the most selfless, dedicated and genuine person I’ve ever met. Anyone who has worked with him can attest to that. His experience spill over on every employee. I’m a better person for having met him.
In the field, there were days and weeks when I did not get the result I wanted. I always learned something from it. There were more days and weeks however where I exceeded my expectation.
Since leaving spring I’ve been employed over a year in a sales position in which I have been extremely successful. I owe all of that success to the principles and sales techniques I learned in the year I was with Spring Strategies. I can genuinely say that I would not be nearly as successful, make nearly as much money or be able to live as comfortably as I do now if I had never worked with Spring Strategies.
