      Pros

      + The onboarding process is very clear and described in the Contributor's Guide. There are a lot of inspiring things in that guide. + People are nice and supportive. + The top-level goals of decentralisation and censorship resistance are motivating. + It's interesting to work with technologies like Waku and Blockchain.

      Cons

      The technology stack is diverse. It's going to take time to master it.
