      Sometimes, there's a lack of clear objectives from the top management team. Also, I miss more data-driven discussions

      Great Company in Berlin

      There are many: Open-minded Start-Up culture, the people, the leadership team & teams, team events & parties, work-life balance, career opportunities, benefits & holidays, work flexibility & work hours

      Cons

      This role is only based in Berlin, not really remote-friendly (3 weeks per year it's possible to stay somewhere outside of DE),
