      Company vision is clear and shared with all team members to help keep everyone on the same path Core values are extremely important and upheld by everyone in the Company Benefits package is top of the line - 90% of healthcare covered, 4% match on the 401k (which is vested immediately), extremely competitive payscale

      Pros

      The people at Sullivan are amazing. We have such a fantastic team and it feels like one big family. The pay, benefits, 401k are all stellar. There is plenty of work as the company is growing. New office locations coming to you soon.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are some communication breakdowns but that is mostly due to rapid growth of the company.
