      As with many dynamic tech companies, the pace can be fast. A majority of employees have been at Summit for over 5 years, many over 10, every single one of them are talented beyond the norm and can choose to work anywhere on planet earth, yet they choose Summit. Tells you something!

      Initially a competitive salary Friendly work environment Very solid and cooperative teams If you're starting your career this is a good opportunity to meet more experienced developers. You'll learn a lot and everyone is so nice!

      Cons

      Unable to provide inflation salary adjustments in time (based on shadow stats, you essentially get 7% to 16% pay cuts per year, so if you're not getting them you should seek another job after a year or two).
