Cons
Still some dead wood, under performers who have been around too long and need to move on. But managers are being held accountable to do this and the positive change happening is great to see

My manager is incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, and empowers me to take on challenging Salesforce admin tasks and improvement projects. Swoop demonstrates fantastic flexibility, including schedule adjustments that accommodate my needs as a parent of an autistic child. I appreciate the employee recognition program and incentives – it's highly motivating.
Cons
Workloads can occasionally be intense, but the supportive team environment makes it manageable.
