      Pros

      Sympa's strategy is that 'a company succeeds when the employees are happy and well taken care of'. Happy to say that for the first time in my professional life this is actually true. I have never worked in such a good place as Sympa.

      Cons

      I think each company has some downsides, and the ones at Sympa are not even worth mentioning, as they are nothing more but typical growing pains.
