Pros

Global, cross region infra to learn and manage (over than a thousand VMs, complicated VPCs, mixed containers / VMs) for decent engineers looking for challenge. True cross public cloud environment. Lots of hidden experts (friendly and good to depend on) to learned from. Picky customers for polish your knowledge and incidents handling skills. Company reimbursement policy for technical certifications.

Cons

Some legacy open source software needs to upgrade. Need to have some principal engineers in board / vendor sales meeting to review their sales talk.
