At Synerfac, you are compensated for the work you put in. If you work hard, understand the clients, do your research, and learn from experienced employees, then you will be rewarded. The environment is very encouraging and conducive to becoming better at one's job.

Cons

The only con has not to do with the company, but with the area. Fort Lauderdale is a very expensive location, so it will most likely take some time to adjust to this for any new employee starting at the Florida location.
