      Above average salary, growth potential for those that want it, job security for those who are hardworking and are detail oriented, great company culture, free healthcare option, excellent management team that cares, and an excellent CEO that truly cares about the future of the company and its employees.

      Cons

      The only thing I could think of would be the slow season in the winter but that is to be expected in this industry.
