Pros
Talenter is a business school. Projects and new opportunities exist and career progression is real. The people are fantastic, the spirit of companionship is incredible and they create true bonds that are maintained even when people follow different paths. From trainees to senior managers, everyone has a voice. Management is close to employees and open door policy is a reality
Cons
The growth that the company has experienced in recent years has caused some of the "glue" between people to be diluted. Some difficulties in retaining talent. Wage conditions are on the industry average, but the pressure and pace of work are mind-boggling.
