I've been working there for a year and half and I've seen about 15 people leaving because of the local management (for 15 people in the SDR team...)!
The "management" is the reason of their huge turn over, everyone who left has been pushed to the exit : micro management, big pressure, cameras, etc... Only the french market seems important. No possibility to grow also.. It's a one year/max 2 years experience. Everyone leaves the company disgusted. So pity, because it's a nice product!
ADVICE FOR CANDIDATES: Go talk to the former employees before you make a very bad decision.
