      Pros

      Working with some of the most brilliant minds in the industry. Everyone is incredibly good at their function and willing to go above and beyond. We are also likeminded individuals that are driven, empathetic and humble. It is amazing to see how dedicated everyone is, all building towards the same goal. A product led growth company also means a lot of emphasis are placed on customers/employees feedback which is translated into targeted action points and deliverables.

      Cons

      US headquartered company also means juggling with multiple night call albeit work schedules are pretty flexible.

      A secretive gem of a firm that is a dreamland for high-achieving trading platform geeks interested in digital assets

      Pros

      Inspirational, charismatic, and technically-minded leadership. Product-led firm where Engineers are the rockstars! (some of them literally wrote the book on trading systems in TradFi). Most people came from top-tier schools and storied BigTech and Finance firms... but tend to be down-to-earth/laid-back but also hardworking, fun, and quirky colleagues with unique back-stories. Awesome product-market fit where the platform (almost) sells itself. A chance to work on the future rails and plumbing of Finance and Capital Markets, with a client base that includes the top buy-side and sell-side firms in the world. Totally modern global and decentralized organization. Flat org structure, remote working as you like, infinite leave, competitive pay with up-side. "No a-hole" hiring policy!

      Cons

      Global firm that is constantly building and shipping features, and supporting a 24-7 trading platform being used by some of the biggest traders in the world, may mean some late night zooms (depending on what regions you work in). The explosive growth story isn't for everyone looking for a 9-5.

      great culture, smart people and interesting work

      Pros

      Great culture with exceptionally smart people, you learn something new every day. There’s a strong emphasis on collaboration and knowledge sharing. The company also puts real effort into team bonding with plenty of socials and offsites. The office is a genuinely nice place to work.

      Cons

      Nothing major comes to mind. Some of the work can be challenging and demanding at times, but that’s part of what keeps things interesting, otherwise it would likely feel too boring.
