Supportive supervisors but stressful customer interactions

Pros

Worked in my home office, good pay, opportunity to be placed on permanently if desired and selected. The supervisors were very supportive!

Cons

Some customers would place blame on agent for their tax mistakes (TaxSlayer is a self-prep software) and would yell over the phone, creating unnecessary stress.

Great people to work with; everyone is kind and helpful. Management is experienced in the industry. They are respectful of the employees and grateful for the hard work that the employees contribute.
