Pros
Able to work independently and have day to day freedom. Management is smart and understand the issues that occur during production.
Cons
Unable to correct any large issues. Management is more focused on revenue than profit and it can lead to making less money. People are held personally accountable for not being able to make the company money. There is no training for employees, and everyone (including management) is winging it hoping for success.
