Pros
Telecom Resources of America is the best company I have ever worked for. I am treated with the utmost respect at all times by every person in the company, including my coworkers, my supervisors, and HR. I am thanked for doing a good job and I can tell that the skills I bring to the job are valued and appreciated. Despite being on the younger side of people employed in this company, I have never been spoken down to like I have at previous jobs. Everyone in the company is very clear that I am welcome to reach out to them when/if I have any concerns or questions. I never feel like I am bothering anyone and I never feel like the effort I put into my job goes unrecognized. I am lucky to have a great job in IT at such a young age, and I'm even luckier to have a company and employer that genuinely care about me.
