      Pros

      Employs some very talented people - good at their jobs, enthusiastic, care about the end customer and about delivering a great end service. There are some good IT systems and I feel we're ahead of our competitors when it comes to data management and compliance standards.

      Cons

      Regulatory pressure, not least the consumer duty, is a challenging environment for us all (although I'm sure this isn't limited to Tenet). People moan about the parking here, but actually there is a lot of on street parking around if you cant get a space in the car park.
