      Pros

      The overall atmosphere here is amazing. Everyone has made me feel like I’m right where I’m supposed to be. The management and leads have always made me feel like they actually care about my growth as a PMP. I love what I do and can see myself retiring here. The longer I’m here the more passionate I get about Terminix. I can truly say I love my job.

      Cons

      There aren’t any in my opinion. My mindset is to stay positive and make the best out of every situation.

      Loving my job

      Pros

      I love my job at Terminix-Triad. The relief I see in the customers eyes when I show up to help them with their pest issues make you feel good about the job and make it worth it. As far as the pay goes I think it’s great I have no complaints the work life balance is amazing and well.

      I have been with the company for four months and I don’t see any cons

      What it’s like at Terminix

      Pros

      Flexible schedule- Will work with you on anything that comes up Family atmosphere- Terminix treats you like family, makes you want to come to work. Great Pay- you get paid by performance and there’s no cap.

      Cons

      I don’t really have any cons. Best place hands down that I’ve ever worked.
