Pros

Great company to work for. The management team has been incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the onboarding process. The office environment is relaxed. Work/life balance is great, with the possibility for schedule flexibility.

Cons

Benefits, particularly PTO, could be better. There aren't many convenient lunch options by the Seattle office, but no other cons so far.
