      Pros

      Very flexible and friendly working environment, and if you seek for work and life balance company, The Conference Board will be your best choice. Staffs are always respected and management will not be micromanaged.

      Cons

      You need to be conscious, here is a mature place, everyone need to be responsible for own-self if you want to achieve to work life balance, and I believe that every company would be same- result driven.
