Pros

From day one I felt very welcomed and part of the team. Training is provided based on need so I was not stuck in a classroom for weeks like in other jobs.

Cons

Building is older and in need of an update. 90 days to qualify for holiday pay. 1 year before PTO.

Great starting pay for inside sales reps, the best part is there is no cap on commission, i can make as much as i put in the work for . The company is a tight knit compnay, great place to work .

Cons

Phone book ads can be a hard sale for someone not motivated, but the book is used in the areas we serve !

TLP is a professional Industry; we are respected, allowed autonomy and the sky is the limit for one's success!

Cons

There are no time clock so you are expected to be self-motivated to work 5-6 days weekly; 9am to 5pm and early or later depending on circumstances.
