      Views when you are given a moment from the very stressful work environment

      Cons

      Very high turnover. Regardless of your age you are treated like summer help and not respecting despite how much time and energy you put into your job. Expect to be criticized and constantly expected to work harder and longer hours despite the sub marginal pay. Do not work at The Point if you have a family or expect to have a work-life balance because they do not offer it

      Gorgeous property to spend your days working, surprisingly pleasant engagements with clientele, tight-knit co-workers.

      Cons

      Small staff requires extra workload on a regular basis, especially if even one staff member calls out. No bonuses.
