      Thank you for your review and feedback. We have had a run of turnover due to people moving out of state and being able to leverage their work experience from Thermogenesis to obtain promotions. That is the current employment climate for most companies due to COVID. Our HR director has an open door policy if you would like to provide additional feedback and any suggestions on how we can make ThermoGenesis an even better place to work.
