      Pros

      I've been working at Thomas Instrument for over a year and it's a good place to grow your career. The company has a family-oriented culture, supportive management, and a strong focus on taking care of employees. The pay and benefits are good, and there are opportunities to move up. The work is interesting and sometimes challenging in a good way.

      Cons

      Like any growing company, there are areas that can be improved鈥攕uch as streamlining processes and upgrading certain resources.

      Great Pay. Good Management. Good Benefits. Room to move up. There are challenging processes.

      Cons

      I can't think of one. Old equipment. Machines need a Preventive maintenance schedule. Machine Shop needs to be more organized. Machine Shop needs a tooling grinder.

      Pros

      Medium size. Very good people to work with. True integrity for high quality precision aircraft accessories. Great machining and test facilities. Engineers have wider responsibilities than in most similar companies.

      Cons

      Desperately in need of commercial aviation-experienced technical people for topics, issues and in-depth understanding of 14CFR that only comes from many years of large variety of FAA-related experiences.
