Company is currently trimming it's fleet after merging with First Choice Airways, meaning career progression is slower than expected (i.e. promotion to Capt), however benefits such as Final Salary pension scheme and years spent as First Officer counting towards Capt's annual salary increments negate this somewhat.
Company is rather disorganised and seems prone to making a complete hash of IT and administrative matters. Holiday and flight concessions not bad, but difficult to access because crappy staff services dept.
